Evelyn Alvarez brings over eight years of experience working directly with clients, managing busy offices, and making sure the details don’t get overlooked. Before joining Treasure Coast Property Watch, Evelyn built her career in the dental field, where she handled scheduling, insurance coordination, billing, and daily office operations. Much of her work involved helping patients understand their options, answering questions, keeping accurate records, and making sure appointments and other important matters were handled properly. That experience translates naturally to her role at Treasure Coast Property Watch. When homeowners are away for months at a time, they need someone who is organized, easy to reach, and willing to follow through. Evelyn understands the importance of keeping things on schedule, communicating clearly, and making sure clients aren’t left wondering what’s happening with their property. As Manager, Evelyn helps oversee client communication, scheduling, and day-to-day coordination, bringing the same attention to detail and personal approach that have been central to her career. Fluent in English and Spanish, Evelyn is also able to assist homeowners in either language, helping make communication comfortable and straightforward.
